General Terms
There are no third-party beneficiaries to the Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Barbados and you agree to waive formal service of process, submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Barbados and waive trial by jury. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms, or the use of any Platform, must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose and must be filed in a court in Barbados.
These Terms, including the Privacy Policy, supersede any prior understanding (oral and written). Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
